The delivery date is divided into several situations:
1, delivered directly, and signed by the addressee and his family members living together or the person entrusted by him to accept the service.
2. If the service is delivered by post, the date when the addressee signs the receipt with his family members or the person entrusted by him to receive the service shall prevail.
3. It shall be deemed to have been delivered within 60 days from the date of court announcement.
