In addition, if the client has a lawyer to defend him, he can also ask his family to entrust a defense lawyer by letter, and the family will go through the entrustment formalities with the law firm on his behalf and entrust a defense lawyer for the client.
In addition, if a detainee commits one of the following acts, the detention center will admonish him according to different circumstances and order him to make a statement of repentance:

3. Deliberately damaging the property of the detention center or infringing on the property rights of others;
4, premeditated or implement escape, murder, suicide, self-injury, self-mutilation, swallowing foreign objects and hiding contraband;

6. Attacking police and other staff;
7, other acts in violation of the provisions of the detention center management.
The admonition and order of the detained person to make a statement of repentance shall be decided and implemented by the correctional police and recorded in the detainee management file.
