Can I visit you after being detained?

During criminal detention, visits are generally not allowed, and visits must be approved.

During the period of custody, with the consent of the case-handling organ and the approval of the public security organ, criminals may communicate and meet with their close relatives. If the public security organ deems it necessary to arrest the detained person, it shall submit it to the people's procuratorate for examination and approval within three days after detention. Under special circumstances, the approval time can be extended by one to four days.

The conditions of criminal detention mainly include two aspects:

1, detention object. It is necessary to detain an active criminal or a major suspect. An active criminal refers to a person who is committing a crime, and a major suspect refers to a person who has evidence to prove that he is suspected of a major crime.

2. Legal emergencies. The public security organ may detain an active criminal or a major suspect in advance under any of the following circumstances: preparing for the crime, committing the crime or being found immediately after the crime; The victim or a witness at the scene identifies him as a criminal; Attempting to commit suicide, escape or escape after committing a crime; It is possible to destroy, forge evidence or collude with others; There is a major suspicion of committing crimes on the run, committing crimes many times, and committing crimes in partnership.

To sum up: after criminal detention, relatives of suspects are generally not allowed to visit, and only lawyers representing suspect cases can go to the detention center to meet the parties. When a lawyer meets a criminal suspect, the investigation organ may send personnel to be present if it deems it necessary.
