Legal Aid Lawyer Responsible

Legal analysis: Legal aid lawyers provide assistance to litigants in need of assistance and are free legal aid. Legal aid lawyers are also responsible for their own cases.

Legal basis: "Article 10 of the Legal Aid Regulations" If citizens have the following matters that require representation and do not have an attorney due to financial difficulties, they may apply for legal aid from a legal aid agency:

(1) Requesting state compensation in accordance with the law;

(2) Requesting social insurance benefits or minimum living security;

(3) Requesting pensions, relief funds, etc. .

(4) Requesting the payment of alimony, support, and child support;

(5) Requesting the payment of labor remuneration;

(6) Claiming Civil rights and interests arising from acts of bravery.

The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may make supplementary provisions on legal aid matters other than those provided for in the preceding paragraph.
