(2) Non-property cases will be compensated according to the following standards: 1. Divorce cases range from 50 yuan to 300 yuan per case. Involving property division, if the total property does not exceed 200,000 yuan, no additional payment is required; the portion exceeding 200,000 yuan is subject to 0.5%. 2. For cases of infringement of personality rights such as name rights, name rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights, etc., a fee of 500 yuan per case shall be paid and 100 yuan shall be paid. If damage compensation is involved and the amount of compensation does not exceed 50,000 yuan, no additional compensation will be paid; the portion exceeding 50,000 yuan to 6.5438+ million yuan will be paid at 654.38+0%; the portion exceeding 654.38+ million yuan will be paid at 0.5%. 3. Pay 50 yuan to 100 yuan for each non-property case of the other party. (3) In intellectual property civil cases, if there is no disputed amount or price, 500 yuan to 1,000 yuan will be paid per case; if the disputed amount or price is involved, the payment shall be in accordance with the standards for property cases. (4) 10 yuan is paid for each labor dispute case. (5) Administrative cases shall be paid according to the following standards: 1. The fee for each trademark, patent, and maritime administrative case is 100 yuan; 2. Each other administrative case is 50 yuan. (6) If the party concerned raises an objection to the jurisdiction of the case and the objection is not established, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan will be paid for each case. The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate specific payment standards based on local actual conditions and within the scope specified in items (2), (3), and (6) of this article.
