1. Pay in advance. Cases with a bid amount of less than 200,000 yuan shall be calculated at 4,000 to12,000 yuan each, and cases with a bid amount of more than 200,000 yuan shall be calculated with reference to the floating ratio stipulated in the guidelines for lawyer fees. Cases of second instance are charged by half, and fees are charged according to the standards of second instance in the implementation stage;
2. All clients engaged in risk agency should pay 1000-5000 yuan in advance. After the judgments of the first instance and the second instance are confirmed, they shall be paid according to 15% to 20% of the actual amount, and the fees already collected shall be deducted;
3, traffic accident mediation fee, calculated at about 8% of the bid amount, generally not less than five thousand yuan. If mediation fails and litigation (arbitration) is needed, the fees collected can be deducted from the lawyer's fees receivable.

Article nine hundred and twenty-eight
If the principal pays remuneration and the agent completes the entrusted affairs, the principal shall pay remuneration to him as agreed. If the entrustment contract is dissolved or the entrusted affairs cannot be completed due to reasons not attributable to the trustee, the principal shall pay the corresponding remuneration to the trustee. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, such agreement shall prevail.
