Judicial Interpretation of Pursuit of Criminal Cases

However, if the new judicial interpretation is beneficial to criminal suspects and defendants, it should be applied.

Legal objectivity:

Article 169 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), all cases requiring public prosecution shall be examined and decided by the people's procuratorate.
