What is the behavior of evading tickets by car?

Evading tickets is a violation of the law on public security administration punishment. Passengers should take a valid ticket, and if they take a bus without a ticket, they should make up the fare and charge additional fare according to the regulations. Whoever evades tickets and disturbs the order of public places such as stations, ports and docks may be given a warning or fined not more than 200 yuan. The so-called evasion of fees, that is, underpaying or evading the fees payable in an illegal way, is often common in real life, and its existence has different legal consequences in different industries.

Evading tickets is illegal and violates the regulations on public security management. It is also immoral. To say that fare evasion is illegal means to be punished by law, that is, to recover the fare or to be fined according to relevant laws. The passenger, shipper or consignee shall pay the fare or transportation expenses. If the carrier fails to follow the agreed route or the usual route, the passenger, shipper or consignee may refuse to pay the increased fare or transportation fee.

Malicious evasion of tickets not only affects the order of railway operation, but also is an illegal act. Those who are light will be included in the list of railway untrustworthy personnel, those who are heavy will be punished by public security for fraud, and those who are heavy will be investigated for criminal responsibility. We need to take this as a warning, and don't lose big because of small things. High-speed rail that evades tickets infringes on national rights and interests, causes the loss of state-owned property, disrupts the normal railway operation order, may even endanger the safety of high-speed rail operation, and even has a huge corrosive effect on national integrity, which has a positive and negative social impact.
