All agencies, enterprises and institutions should actively carry out mass smoking cessation activities and encourage the creation of various smoke-free places. Article 6 The sale of cigarettes is prohibited on World No Tobacco Day on May 31 every year, and all units should actively carry out publicity activities. Article 7 Units that prohibit smoking shall fulfill the following obligations:
(1) Do a good job in publicity and education on the prohibition of smoking;

(3) Smoking paraphernalia and signs and items with tobacco advertisements are not allowed in no-smoking places;
