Registration conditions for judicial examination

Hello, there is no age limit for the judicial examination, as long as you meet the following registration conditions.

Educational qualification

Have a bachelor's degree in law in an institution of higher learning, or have a bachelor's degree or above in other majors in an institution of higher learning, and have legal professional knowledge.

Personality condition

Good conduct. Undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities can sign up for the national judicial examination.

Certificate authentication

Applicants for graduation certificates (degrees) from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for applying for academic qualifications (degrees) may apply for the national judicial examination.

No registration situation

Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime; Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked; Being sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment for two years and not signing up for the national judicial examination, or being sentenced to life imprisonment and not signing up for the national judicial examination; Providing false certification materials or defrauding registration by other means.

Persons who have obtained a Class A legal professional qualification certificate, or those who have obtained a Class B legal professional qualification certificate but have not obtained a bachelor's degree or above in an institution of higher learning, may not register for the national judicial examination again.
