Liu Zhonglin was born in 1968 and was arrested in 1990.

After 28 years of redress, Liu Zhonglin received 4.6 million yuan from the state. He has been detained for intentional homicide for more than 25 years, which is the longest time in public reports.
Personally, I think Liu Zhonglin was convicted because he was really the most suspect of all people at that time.
