1. Approval Form for Lawyer's Practice Certificate 1 copy, Report Form for Lawyer's Practice Certificate 1 copy, and People's Republic of China (PRC) Lawyer's Practice Registration Form (2 copies). If the reporting law firm is managed by the district (county-level city) judicial bureau, it also needs the opinions of the district (county-level city) judicial bureau;
2. Two copies of the resident ID card;
3. A copy of the temporary residence permit for more than one year for non-local household registration;
4. Two copies of academic certificate;
5. The original and two copies of the lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate;
6. One original and one copy of the certificate of no criminal punishment issued by the local police station or the notarial certificate of no criminal punishment issued by the notary office;
7. One original and one copy of the internship certificate;
8. Two copies of on-the-job training qualification certificate;
9. Appraisal opinions on interns' ideology, morality, professional ability and work attitude issued by internship law firm (if the internship law firm is consistent with the reporting law firm, the appraisal opinions can be filled in the Registration Form for Lawyers' Practice in People's Republic of China (PRC); if the internship law firm is inconsistent with the reporting law firm, the original and copy of the internship appraisal opinions issued by the internship law firm separately shall be submitted 1 copy, and the reporting law firm shall fill in the Registration Form for Lawyers' Practice in People's Republic of China (PRC).
10, resignation certificate:
(1) If you have resigned, you need to submit the original and photocopy of the official reply or other formal resignation documents or the certificate of dissolution of labor relations issued by the original unit;
(2) if you are unemployed, you need to submit the original and photocopy of the unemployment certificate;
(3) Ordinary college graduates who directly work in law firms after graduation shall submit the original and photocopy of the dispatch card or registration card 1 copy;
(4) Retired (divorced) personnel with lawyer qualification or legal professional qualification shall submit 2 copies of retirement (divorce) certificates, with the original unit agreeing that they are engaged in lawyer work and willing to undertake their medical and insurance benefits, with 1 original and 1 copy;
(5) Persons with lawyer qualification or legal professional qualification who are retired or laid off from an enterprise (including internal retirement) shall apply for a full-time lawyer's practice license. (1) belongs to the organs, institutions, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, shall submit the original official approval of the unit 1 copy, copy 1 copy; (2) For small state-owned enterprises, the original and photocopy of the certificate issued by the submitting unit and supplemented by the competent department are each 1 copy.
1 1, certificate of keeping personnel files:
(1) The original and photocopy of the attachment (or custody) certificate of the personnel file issued by the talent exchange center 1 copy each, and 2 copies of the attachment (or custody) contract of the personnel file;
(2) Retired (divorced) retirees and laid-off (including retired) employees shall submit the original file keeping certificate issued by the personnel department of the unit 1 copy 1 copy.
12, a family planning certificate (male over 60 years old or female over 50 years old is exempt from inspection);
13, original 1 copy of the physical examination form issued by hospitals at or above the county level submitted by people over 60 years old, and copy 1 copy;
14. Three recent one-inch half-length bareheaded color photos (without uniforms) (two are posted on the Registration Form of Lawyers in China, and the other is written with a ballpoint pen on the back);
15. Two originals of the employment contract signed with the law firm (the employment period is more than one year).
If the applicant has experience in practicing in other provinces, it is not necessary to submit the above materials in Items 7, 8 and 9, but it shall handle the transfer procedures of lawyer qualification files or legal professional qualification files in accordance with the requirements of the file transfer part of these Provisions.
