The difference between filing receipt and accepting receipt

The receipt of accepting a case is different from the receipt of filing a case. Receipt of acceptance means that the victim or policeman reports the case to the public security organ, and the public security organ accepts it within 24 hours after completing the record, and issues an acceptance receipt to the policeman or victim after accepting it. After the public security organ accepts the case, there will be a preliminary investigation procedure. The initial investigation time is three days for general criminal cases and seven days for economic cases, which can be extended to 30 days for general criminal cases and 60 days for economic cases.
