My fourth suggestion is related to the death of pregnant women in a hospital in Beijing last year. This incident shows that there are loopholes in our relevant laws and regulations, and the right to life has not been well protected. The right to life is the most basic right of mankind.
The fifth suggestion is to amend the road traffic safety law. In Canada, in order to avoid fatigue driving, drivers have limited driving time, so I made this suggestion.
The sixth proposal is about the labor contract law. After the implementation of the Labor Contract Law, there have been some illegal dismissals, layoffs, zero seniority and other phenomena, which violated the original intention of legislation. So what's the problem? Therefore, I suggest that the investigation on the implementation of the Labor Contract Law should be started as soon as possible to understand the situation and avoid further spread of the incident.
