3. Delivery method: Most lawyers' letters are delivered in writing by express mail. Unless the recipient has no fixed residence or can't find it, they can only be delivered electronically (such as scanned lawyers' letters).
4. See if there is a fresh seal of the law firm: if the lawyer's letter you receive is not stamped with the bright red seal of the law firm, then it is just an ordinary letter, not a lawyer's letter. Maybe even fraud. The seal is usually from a law firm.
