When the leaders of the law department asked me to allocate my application, I did not hesitate to propose that I go to the law department of Renmin University of China to study criminal law as a graduate student. The leadership of the legal department fulfilled my wishes through research. In this way, from August 1951, I was recommended to the Law Department of Renmin University of China to study as a postgraduate student in criminal law. During the two-year postgraduate study, I received professional education from four experts from the former Soviet Union: Beslova, Damakhen, Nikol Raev and Korkin, and gained a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of criminal law. and in-depth understanding, and the interest in research is becoming more and more intense. This laid a solid foundation for my professional thinking. I thought over and over again that I have an indissoluble bond with the criminal law, and I am afraid that I will only be able to eat this bowl of rice from now on. Sure enough, after I graduated from graduate school, I was hired to teach at the school and stayed there for 50 years. I went from a young man to an old man, and now I am still an "old antique".
