Article 26 stipulates that anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and may be fined not more than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and may be fined 1000 yuan:

(2) Chasing or intercepting others;
(three) extortion or arbitrary damage, embezzlement of public or private property;
(4) Other provocative acts.

Article 34 [Crime of Disrupting Production and Business Operation (Article 276 of the Criminal Law)] Whoever, out of anger, revenge or other personal purposes, destroys machinery and equipment, mutilates livestock or sabotages production and business operation in any of the following ways shall file a case for prosecution:
(1) Causing losses of more than 5,000 yuan to public or private property;
(two) the destruction of production and operation for more than three times;
(3) Gathering three or more people to openly disrupt production and operation;
(four) other circumstances that should be investigated for criminal responsibility for disrupting production and operation.
In other words, a person who blocks someone else's keyhole three times in a row will be investigated for criminal responsibility.
