How to obtain a lawyer qualification certificate

To be a lawyer, you must first pass the judicial examination, then practice in a law firm for one year and apply for a lawyer's practice license. Persons under any of the following circumstances cannot register for the national judicial examination, and the registration procedures are invalid: (1) Persons who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes; (2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ; (3) The lawyer's practice license has been revoked; (four) in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination (Trial), he was sentenced to not register for the National Judicial Examination within 2 years, and the time limit was not full; Or sentenced to life and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination.
