How is the organizational structure of Tianjin People's Court set up and divided?

Tianjin has established a higher people's court, two intermediate people's courts, 19 district and county grass-roots people's courts and a maritime court. The division of labor is as follows: 1. The basic people's courts and the people's courts dispatched by them accept criminal, civil, economic and administrative cases of first instance in their districts and counties, with compensation cases as the organ liable for compensation and enforcement cases as the first instance and non-litigation enforcement cases. 2. The jurisdiction of Tianjin No.1 Intermediate People's Court is Heping District, Nankai District, Hebei District, Hongqiao District, Beichen District, Xiqing District, Wuqing County, Jinghai County, Baodi County and Jixian County; The jurisdiction of the Second Intermediate People's Court covers Hexi District, Hedong District, Tanggu District, Dagang District, Development Zone, Bonded Zone, Hangu District, Dongli District, Jinnan District and Ninghe County. The two intermediate people's courts accept all kinds of first-instance cases and state compensation cases that have great influence within their jurisdiction, and all kinds of second-instance cases and their execution cases that are dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment of the grassroots people's courts in their jurisdiction as the first instance. 3. Tianjin Maritime Court accepts all kinds of first-instance maritime and maritime cases and their enforcement cases in coastal waters around Bohai Sea from Shanhaiguan to Huanghua City. 4. Tianjin Higher People's Court accepts criminal, civil, economic, administrative and intellectual property cases of first instance and state compensation cases that have great influence in the whole city, but refuses to accept the appeals of intermediate courts and maritime courts of the first and second instance and the enforcement cases of the first instance.
