In order to give full play to the self-discipline function of the industry, according to the second meeting of the Fourth Standing Council of Jinan Lawyers Association, seven special committees, including business construction guidance, rewards and punishments, education and training, publicity, rights protection, women lawyers' work and financial management, were adopted and established, and the members of each Committee were all lawyers.
Professional Committee of Bar Association
With the expansion of lawyer's business field, Jinan lawyers began to set up business committees from 1997, mainly divided by lawyer's business field. There are eight professional committees, including criminal, civil, construction engineering and real estate, international, intellectual property, finance, administrative law and company law, all of which are composed of lawyers.
