Twenty-fourth lawyers must abide by the Constitution and laws, abide by the professional ethics and practice discipline of lawyers, and practice in accordance with the law, integrity and standardization. Lawyers' practice must be based on facts and take the law as the criterion. Lawyers' practice should be supervised by the state, society and the parties concerned.
Fifty-ninth measures for lawyers' fees shall be formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the judicial administrative department of the State Council.
