Legal analysis: This is the personal opinion of some lawyers and does not represent the opinion of the vast majority of lawyers in society. Legal persons should be careful not to pretend justice. Police, prosecutors and judges do not necessarily represent justice. The unjust, false and misjudged cases caused by public power extorting confessions by torture, playing with evidence, misinterpreting the law and perverting the law often occur. Lawyers do not necessarily represent justice. However, solving a case according to law is the role justice of the police, prosecuting according to law is the role justice of the prosecutor, trying fairly according to law is the role justice of the judge, and "speaking well for the bad guys" is the role justice of the lawyer. Only when these different roles of justice balance each other can we be as close to justice as possible.
