Article 81 It is forbidden to build, rebuild or expand catering service projects that produce oil smoke, odor and waste gas in residential buildings, commercial and residential buildings and commercial floors adjacent to residential floors in commercial and residential buildings without special flues.

Article 6 When a party brings a lawsuit or private prosecution, it shall submit the following materials:
1. If the prosecutor or private prosecutor is a natural person, submit a copy of the identity certificate;
2. If the prosecutor or private prosecutor is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the business license or organization code certificate and the identity certificate of the legal representative or principal responsible person shall be submitted;
3. If a legal person or other organization cannot provide the organization code, it shall provide an explanation for the cancellation of the organization;

Article 8 If the people's court can't decide on the spot whether the lawsuit or private prosecution filed by the parties conforms to the law, it shall make the following treatments respectively:
(a) for civil and administrative prosecution, it shall decide whether to file a case within seven days from the date of receipt of the complaint;
(two) for criminal cases of private prosecution, it shall decide whether to file a case within fifteen days from the day after receiving the private prosecution;
(3) To decide whether to file a lawsuit for revocation with a third party within 30 days from the date of receiving the complaint;
(four) if there is any objection to the execution, it shall decide whether to file a case within fifteen days from the date of receiving the complaint.
If the people's court cannot determine whether the prosecution or private prosecution conforms to the law within the statutory time limit, it shall file a case first.
Article 9 If the people's court refuses to accept or file a case for prosecution or private prosecution, it shall issue a written ruling and explain the reasons.
