(1) Increase the basic retirement pension.
While increasing the basic retirement pension, some subsidies for self-employment will be included in the basic retirement pension (like local and military workers, the wage structure will be adjusted, subsidies will be reduced, and the basic salary will be increased).

4. Those who stop paying, pay less or do not reissue retirement benefits.
According to the current policy, there are three main situations in which the retirement fee for demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs is suspended:
(1) If the demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs are employed by the Party, state organs, people's organizations or institutions with financial allocations or are employed as regular staff, their retirement pensions will be stopped from the month after they are employed or hired, and they will no longer enjoy the relevant treatment of demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs. After resigning, dismissing or terminating the employment contract from the above-mentioned units, the treatment of demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs will not be resumed.
(2) after the death of demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs, retirement pensions will be stopped from the month after their death.
(3) If the demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs are subject to criminal punishment (excluding single additional punishment), they will stop enjoying the treatment of demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs from the date when the judgment becomes legally effective. Persons sentenced to public surveillance, criminal detention or fixed-term imprisonment with probation shall be paid living expenses according to the sum of post salary, rank salary, length of military service salary and basic salary (demobilized personnel in 200 1 -2005), and the retirement expenses (excluding subsidies) increased according to state regulations after changing jobs. During the period of criminal punishment, regular capital increase and retirement pension adjustment shall be stopped. Whoever commits the crime of endangering national security or is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than five years will no longer enjoy the treatment of self-employment and demobilized cadres after the execution of the punishment. Other demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs can enjoy the treatment of demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs after they are released from prison.
