1. How did the case happen? 20 1 1 Luoyang Wang Tao disappeared near Xinda Market, Anle Town, Luolong District, Luoyang City. Later, Wang Tao's family reported the case to the public security organ. In 20 12, Wang Tao's body was found on the surface of Luohe River on the east side of Luoyang Bridge in the old city. After being summoned by the police for three times, Wang Tao's classmate Shi Yong was taken away from the internship factory. Afterwards, Shi Yong was criminally detained by the police on suspicion of intentional homicide. In the same year, his parents were also taken away by the police, and the next day they were criminally detained on suspicion of harboring crimes. After Shi Yong and his parents were detained, 10-year-old sister was left unattended at home, and then the elderly and sick grandmother went home to take care of her young sister.
Second, how was Shi Yong treated as a suspect? 20 12 during Shi Yong's detention, Luoyang procuratorate filed a public prosecution with Luoyang Intermediate People's Court, accusing Shi Yong of committing robbery and intentional homicide. Third, how can we avoid such a false and wrong case? In this case, Shi Yong's audio and video recordings were incomplete during the whole inquiry process, and no objective evidence of the case was found.
