Zhongwei Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") is the only permanent civil and commercial arbitration institution established by the People's Government of zhongwei, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region according to the People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * * and the State Arbitration Law. The current director is the member of the Standing Committee of Zhongwei Municipal Committee and the deputy mayor in charge of legal work. The deputy director is composed of 4 legal experts and 11 members of the legal, economic and trade expert committees.
① According to the arbitration agreement of the parties, Zhongwei Arbitration Commission accepts contract disputes and other property rights disputes between citizens, legal persons and other organizations with equal subjects at home and abroad, mainly including buying, selling, giving, lending, leasing and financial leasing. Contract disputes, transportation disputes, technical disputes, custody disputes, warehousing disputes, entrusted operation disputes, real estate disputes, construction engineering disputes and financial disputes (including insurance disputes, futures disputes, securities disputes, etc.), product quality liability disputes, intellectual property disputes (including patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.) and other disputes. Arbitration shall be conducted in the first instance system. The arbitration procedure in this case is conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of Zhongwei Arbitration Commission, and the arbitration award has the same legal effect as the court decision. If one party fails to perform the arbitration award, the other party may apply to the intermediate people's court with jurisdiction for enforcement.
