How to deal with suspected beatings of others at the police station?

According to the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law", the police station should administratively detain the attacker.

What does a fight look like?

In the qualitative analysis of fights, it is necessary to combine the analysis of consequences. If it only causes minor injuries to the other party, then it is generally considered an ordinary public security case, and the public security organ imposes public security management penalties such as detention and fines, which is a civil dispute; if it involves intentional injury or other serious circumstances, it may be suspected of a criminal offence. At this time, the criminal investigation department of the public security organ will take criminal measures against the relevant personnel and impose sentencing and punishment based on the specific injury situation (slight injury, serious injury, death). At this time, it is a criminal case.

The criteria for identifying a gang to beat others are:

(1) Two or more natural persons beat or injure others;

(2) The beating was objectively carried out (The act of harming) others;

(3) The other party is a natural person alone;

(4) There is a subjective intention to implement a gang, that is, there is a process of gathering.
