2. After verifying the identity of the inquirer, the staff of the court case management center will give the inquirer an inquiry secret, which can be inquired many times in this system or on the touch screen.
3. After the inquirer logs into the system, fill in the name of the inquired person, enter the inquiry password, and click OK, and the system will automatically pop up the case inquiry information list, displaying the relevant information of the inquired case.
4. After the inquirer inquires about the relevant information of the case, if there are any unknown matters that need to be consulted, or if there are any suggestions, please write them down in the "inquirer's message column" of the form, and the court staff will give a timely reply.
