The first court of criminal trial tries cases of first and second instance, such as crimes endangering national security, crimes endangering public security, crimes infringing citizens' personal rights and democratic rights, crimes endangering social management order and crimes endangering national defense interests, and coordinates and guides relevant major cases; Handling cases of commutation and parole that should be handled by the Municipal Intermediate People's Court according to law; Supervise and guide the relevant criminal trial work of grass-roots courts.
The second court of criminal trial tries first-instance and second-instance cases such as crimes against the socialist market economic order, crimes against property, crimes of corruption and bribery, crimes of dereliction of duty, and coordinates and guides major cases; Supervise and guide the relevant criminal trial work of grass-roots courts.
The first court of civil trial hears the first-instance disputes such as marriage, family, inheritance, damages, creditor's rights and debts, labor disputes and personal rights according to law; To hear disputes over the sale, lease and pawn of real estate between equal subjects in the first instance and the second instance according to law, as well as civil behavior disputes such as development, construction contracting, shareholding, joint venture, agency and intermediary with real estate as the target; Supervise and guide the relevant civil trial work of grass-roots courts.
The second court of civil trial hears disputes such as contracts, securities and bills of first instance according to law; Trial of civil cases involving foreign affairs, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in the first and second instance; Trial of intellectual property cases such as copyright (including computer software), trademark right, unfair competition and technical contract disputes in the first and second instance; Supervise and guide the relevant civil trial work of grass-roots courts.
The third court of civil trial hears enterprise bankruptcy cases according to law; To hear disputes over contracts, securities and bills of second instance according to law; Supervise and guide the relevant civil trial work of grass-roots courts.
The fourth court of civil trial hears disputes of second instance such as marriage, family, inheritance, damages, creditor's rights and debts, labor disputes and personal rights according to law; To supervise and guide the civil trial work of grass-roots courts; To guide the work of the people's courts.
The administrative tribunal (compensation committee office) shall hear administrative cases of first instance and second instance according to law; Examining cases where administrative organs apply for compulsory execution; Handling administrative compensation cases; Supervise and guide the administrative trial work of grassroots people's courts. The office of the Compensation Commission shall handle the state compensation cases accepted by the Compensation Commission according to law; To implement the matters decided by the Compensation Commission; Review and handle claims and appeals.
The trial supervision court hears criminal, civil and administrative retrial cases according to law (including retrial cases protested by the people's procuratorate); Supervise and guide the trial supervision of grass-roots courts. Responsible for the confirmation of state compensation in our hospital, handling the request for confirmation of state compensation in grass-roots courts, and supervising and guiding the confirmation of state compensation in grass-roots courts in the city.
The executive court (executive board) shall execute the legal documents that came into effect in the first instance of our court according to law; To execute other effective legal documents that should be executed by the court according to law; Unified management and coordination of court execution within the city.
General department:

The Political Department assists the relevant departments to manage the institutional setup and staffing of the city's courts; Responsible for examination, deployment, assessment, appointment and removal, wages and benefits, overseas review and other work; Responsible for personnel file management, personnel information collection and organization of the implementation of various personnel systems. Responsible for the evaluation and award of the rank of court judges and bailiffs in the city; Assist local party committees to inspect the candidates for co-management cadres and strengthen the construction of leading bodies and cadres in grass-roots courts. Responsible for the ideological and political, publicity and education work of the court team in the city, and organize the court system to evaluate the best; To study and formulate training plans, plans and relevant rules and regulations for all kinds of personnel.
