3. If the entrusted lawyer is the agent of the inquired case, the lawyer can directly consult the court with the power of attorney of the case at that time. Judgment refers to the document written by the court according to the judgment, which is a commonly used applied style in the legal field, including civil judgment, criminal judgment, administrative judgment and criminal incidental civil judgment.
The following persons shall not be employed as civil servants because of the influence of sentencing on their children:
1, who has been criminally punished for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;
3. There are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.
To sum up, the court's judgment has two effects, one is legal effect and the other is enforcement effect. Once the judgment made by the court takes effect, it has permanent legal effect unless it is revoked according to law. The judgment has the force of enforcement, that is, if the debtor refuses to perform the obligations stipulated in the judgment document, the creditor may apply to the court for enforcement, but the creditor must apply within the time limit prescribed by law, otherwise the right to apply for enforcement will be lost.

The parties have the right to entrust an agent, apply for withdrawal, collect and provide evidence, debate, request mediation, file an appeal and apply for enforcement.
The parties may consult the relevant materials of this case and copy the relevant materials and legal documents of this case. The scope and methods of consulting and copying relevant materials in this case shall be stipulated by the Supreme People's Court.
The parties must exercise their litigation rights in accordance with the law, abide by the litigation order, and perform legally effective judgments, rulings and conciliation statements.
Article 87
With the consent of the person to be served, the people's court may serve litigation documents by fax, e-mail and other means that can confirm receipt, except for judgments, rulings and conciliation statements.
If it is delivered by the way mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the date when it reaches the addressee's specific system by fax or e-mail shall be the date of delivery.
