Materials required for applying for endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao
(a) to apply for the endorsement of "group tour" and "individual tour" between Hong Kong and Macao (Guiyang residents only), and submit the following materials:

3. One of the following materials that can prove the corresponding kinship should be submitted: marriage certificate, birth medical certificate, household registration book and legally effective kinship certificate.
4 relatives have settled in Hong Kong and Macao, submit their Hong Kong and Macao resident identity cards and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland; If the relatives are of foreign nationality, submit their Hong Kong or Macao permanent identity cards and foreign passports. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
Relatives who live in Hong Kong for a long time should submit their Hong Kong resident identity cards, valid entry passes for more than one year, entry passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao or passports. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
Relatives who are employed or studying in Hong Kong are required to submit their entry permits and travel permits or passports to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
Relatives who live in Macao for a long time shall submit their Macao resident identity cards or Macao special stay certificates, as well as travel permits or passports to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
If a relative is employed in Macao, he shall submit a certificate of approval from the competent authorities of Macao for his employment in Macao, as well as a pass or passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
If a relative is studying in Macao, he/she shall submit his/her admission notice or certificate of studying in a Macao university, and his/her passport or travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy.
(3) Personnel of enterprises and institutions in our province and individual industrial and commercial operators engaged in business activities between Hong Kong and Macao shall apply for "business" endorsement and submit the following materials:

2. Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao
3. Business license of foreign (regional) enterprise or registration certificate of resident representative office.
4. Personnel of enterprises and institutions also need to submit the proof that enterprises and institutions pay social insurance for themselves and the business dispatch letter from enterprises and institutions to and from Hong Kong and Macao.
Personnel of enterprises and institutions who apply for multiple valid business endorsements must register with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ in advance. See annex 1 for the measures for registration and filing.
(four) for study, employment, training, residence, dependent relatives to and from Hong Kong and Macao, it shall apply for a "stay" endorsement, and submit the following materials:

3. Persons travelling to and from Hong Kong for study, employment, training, residence, accompanying or as dependants must submit an entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. If you apply for employment in and out of Hong Kong through a labor management company, you must also submit the Audit Form of Labor Cooperation Projects in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region issued by the competent commercial authorities in the Mainland. If it is necessary to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period, an extension permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department shall be submitted.
Readers who travel to and from Macao should submit the Confirmation of Admission Certificate and the Admission Notice of Macao Colleges and Universities issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office. If it is necessary to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement, it shall submit the certificate of studying issued by Macao institutions of higher learning.
Those who travel to and from Macao for work must submit the approval documents issued by the Exit and Entry Affairs Office of Macao Public Security Police or Macao Human Resources Office and Macao Social and Cultural Department. Those who apply for employment in and out of Macao through labor management companies must also submit the Audit Form of Labor Cooperation Projects in Macao Special Administrative Region issued by the competent commercial authorities in the Mainland. If you need to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement, you must submit a confirmation letter issued by the exit and entry affairs department of the Macao public security police or an approval document issued by the Macao Human Resources Department and the Macao Social and Cultural Department.
Relatives of employees travelling to and from Macao who come to stay in Macao shall submit the approval notice issued by the exit-entry affairs department of the Macao public security organ.
When traveling to and from Macao, submit the identification form of minor children of personnel stationed in Macao issued by the personnel department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao Special Administrative Region.
(5) Persons who travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao for medical treatment, funeral service, visiting critically ill patients, litigation, examinations, or handling industrial or academic exchanges shall apply for "other" endorsements and submit the following materials:

2. Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao
3. Proof materials related to the above reasons.
Materials required for applying for endorsement to and from Taiwan Province Province.
(a) to apply for the endorsement of "group tour" and "individual tour" between Taiwan Province Province (Guiyang residents only), and submit the following materials to apply for the "entry permit" for travel between Taiwan Province Province.

2. Pass to and from Taiwan
(two) to visit relatives in Taiwan Province Province or to reunite and live in Taiwan Province Province, apply for a "visit endorsement" and submit the following materials:

3. Permit for visiting relatives or staying in Taiwan Province Province issued by relevant departments.

In the following cases, submit the materials according to the following requirements:
Children born to mainland residents and Taiwan Province residents who apply to travel to and from Taiwan Province Province for settlement and have not registered their household registration in the mainland shall submit the residence permit issued by the relevant departments of Taiwan Province Province, the medical certificate of their birth and the resident identity card of both parents who are mainland residents.
Mainland residents who have obtained the qualification to settle in Taiwan Province Province after going to Taiwan Province Province shall submit the certificate of cancellation of household registration, the identity certificate of Taiwan Province Province residents and the transcript of household registration of Taiwan Province Province residents.
