1, the construction site quality management should have the corresponding construction technical standards, sound quality management system, construction quality inspection system and comprehensive construction quality rating system.
2, the construction project should be in accordance with the following provisions for construction quality control.
(1) Materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, appliances and equipment used in construction projects shall be accepted on site.
(2) Carry out quality control for each working procedure according to the construction technical standards, and conduct inspection after each working procedure is completed.
(3) Handover inspection should be carried out between related disciplines and recorded.
3, the quality of construction projects should be accepted according to the following requirements:
(1) shall comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant professional acceptance specifications.
(two) in line with the requirements of the engineering survey and design documents.
(3) The personnel of all parties involved in the acceptance shall have the required qualifications.
(4) Acceptance shall be conducted on the basis of self-inspection evaluation by the construction unit.
(5) Before the concealed works are concealed, the construction unit shall notify the relevant units for acceptance and form an acceptance document.
This standard is compiled by China Institute of Building Science in conjunction with the Engineering Construction Quality Supervision Branch of China Architectural Society and other relevant units according to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Revision Plan of National Standards (Second Batch) (JB [1998] No.244).
During the preparation of this standard, the compilation team conducted extensive investigation and study, summed up the practical experience of engineering quality acceptance in China, adhered to the guiding ideology of "separation of inspection and evaluation, strengthening acceptance, improving means and process control", and extensively solicited the opinions of relevant units, which was reviewed and finalized by our department in 2000 10.
The revision of this standard is to merge the relevant construction and acceptance specifications and engineering quality inspection and evaluation standards to form a new engineering quality acceptance specification system, so as to unify the acceptance methods, quality standards and procedures of construction quality of building projects. This standard specifies the unified compilation standards of construction acceptance specifications for various disciplines of building engineering and the quality standards, contents and procedures of unit project acceptance. The requirements for quality management and quality control on the construction site are improved; The sampling scheme requirements of inspection lot quality are put forward. It stipulates the division, witness sampling and sampling inspection of sub-units and sub-division projects related to the safety and main use functions of construction projects. Code for acceptance of construction quality of various disciplines of building engineering must be used in coordination with this standard.
This standard may need to be partially revised in the future, and the information and regulations about the partial revision will be published in the Journal of Engineering Construction Standardization. The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
