Brief introduction of Meng Mu Concert Hall

Meng Mu Hall, located in Shanghai, is "the first full-time private school in China" and was founded in Songjiang in 2002. This kind of education mainly focuses on reading classics, and many children have participated in it. In 2006, it was suspended due to the lack of nationally recognized qualifications for running schools, illegal collection of education fees, and parents' failure to send school-age children to state-approved educational institutions for compulsory education in violation of the provisions of the Compulsory Education Law. However, in more than two years, "Meng Mu Hall" has not been closed, and its scale is still expanding. The local police station, education bureau, property management company, industry committee and neighborhood committee visited many times, but they were all at a loss about this "four unlike" private school. In 2009, it was stopped again and fined.
