First, the examinee certificate collection matters needing attention
Candidates can choose the way of mailing or window collection according to their own needs.
Mail collection is limited to certificates with management numbers. Certificates without management numbers still need to be collected at the window. Certificate collection is subject to the published list. Other certificates will be issued separately.

2. Mailing process
(1) mailing certificates is voluntary.
(2) Candidates log in to Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center and read the relevant certificate collection notice. According to the list of qualified personnel in the notice attachment, find the personal certificate management number and view personal information (click to open the attachment, ctrl+f search, find content: name, find all, view my information). Enter the accreditation window, and then click on the accreditation mailing system of Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center (login to accreditation mailing system method: Shaanxi Personnel Testing Network → accreditation → click on the picture of accreditation mailing system of Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center), and fill in relevant information such as name, ID number and certificate management number as required.
(3) After the candidates are prompted by the system, we will entrust the certificate and the Registration Form of Qualified Persons in Shaanxi Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (automatically generated by the mailing system) to the post office for mailing according to the relevant information filled in by the candidates.
3. The mailing fee standard
After the examinee's mobile phone scans the QR code of the computer interface to pay the fee (only WeChat or Alipay is supported), the post office will mail the certificate to the examinee in the form of EMS: Xi 'an Payment 14 yuan (mailing fee 12 yuan+packaging bag 2 yuan); Other cities in Shaanxi Province to 22 yuan (postage 20 yuan+packaging bag 2 yuan); The tariff standard of other provinces is 23 yuan (mailing fee 2 1 yuan+packaging bag 2 yuan); 26 yuan, Tibet (postage 24 yuan+packing bag 2 yuan).
4. Mailing and payment requirements
(1) Candidates complete mailing information on the computer. After scanning the code of the mobile phone (only supporting WeChat or Alipay), verify whether the certificate management number and payment amount are correct, and then complete the payment. Due to the epidemic situation and the large number of mailed certificates, the certificate will be delivered within 5-7 working days after the post office accepts the relevant information. Please be patient.
(2) Candidates who fail to follow the procedures due to their incorrect addresses and telephone numbers shall be responsible for the problem of being unable to post.
(3) If the qualification certificate is damaged or lost in the mailing process, the postal company will timely feedback the relevant information of the certificate, and our center will reissue it according to the certificate information; In case of rejection by the recipient or other circumstances that cannot be mailed, the postal company will return the qualification certificate to our center and handle the relevant handover procedures in time.
(4) Candidates need to sign for the courier with their ID cards, and check the documents and registration form information. If the examinee entrusts others to collect it, the recipient must check the certificate and registration form information.

3. Collection process
Candidates should download the Registration Form for Qualified Persons in Shaanxi Professional and Technical Qualification Examination from the website of the Provincial Personnel Examination Center in advance, check their ID number in advance according to the personnel list (see the annex for details), and fill in the Registration Form for Qualified Persons as required.

4. Requirements for collection
Candidates are required to bring the original ID card and qualified personnel registration form when obtaining the certificate. If it is really necessary to act as an agent, the agent must bring the original ID card of the candidate, the original ID card of the agent and a copy of the ID card of the agent. If the candidate's ID card is lost, please reissue it before getting it.
2. Candidates who fail to receive the certificate within the specified time should come to collect it at 5: 00 pm every Thursday (except holidays) after the centralized distribution time. According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting Electronic Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (No.97 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department [2021]), the electronic certificates of registered urban and rural planners and other professional and technical personnel can be downloaded and inquired from China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) on 202 1 17. After the implementation of the electronic certificate, the paper certificate will still be issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged or overdue (if it has not been collected for five years after the end of the examination), it will not be reissued.
