What disease is vitiligo?

Vitiligo is a pigmented skin disease caused by acquired melanin deficiency. At first, the local skin, mucosa and hair turned white unconsciously, and gradually expanded, with clear boundaries and smooth surface without desquamation. Such a situation can be observed first. Whether the white spots are smooth generally means that there is no pain. If the boundary is blurred or the leukoplakia spreads to normal skin, this situation can be preliminarily judged as a symptom of vitiligo, and the diagnosis can only be made after seeing the leukoplakia.
