E-government extranet will be built into the business private network of the whole state government system, which mainly runs the professional services of government departments facing the society and the businesses that do not need to run in the intranet. Aba e-government extranet is a unified government network platform that does not involve state secrets, and mainly undertakes the information exchange and business interaction of non-state secrets among governments and departments at all levels in the state and the service business facing the society. The network is connected with the provincial e-government extranet, horizontally connected with the state-level departments, and vertically connected with the county e-government extranet platforms; Physical isolation from the government intranet and logical isolation from the Internet.
Recently, the framework of e-government extranet platform of Quanzhou municipal government system has been successfully established, and the online government operation of Quanzhou municipal government system is about to be realized.
E-government extranet relies on the network resources of Aba Telecom Branch to build an e-government extranet platform with state data centers and county data centers as backbones and departments at the same level as access points. Based on the principle of "one platform, one network", E-government extranet provides top-down business network (vertical network) and Internet (horizontal network) services between commissions.
The e-government extranet of Aba Prefecture adopts the structure of "Wang" WAN. E-government extranet adopts a typical three-layer structure of core layer, convergence layer layer and access layer, and the local area network of each access unit constitutes the user layer. The core layer uses ATM link to exchange data between nodes, and convergence layer completes the data collection of all access users and sends it to the backbone layer through a line.
VPN technology is adopted in China's e-government extranet. Through VPN service, transparent "vertical network" connection is realized for each access unit; And build a "horizontal network" through VPN technology. IP addresses overlap between "vertical networks". In principle, "vertical networks" maintain planned IP usage plans in their systems.
The problem of logical isolation from the Internet is reasonably solved on the extranet of e-government, which enables government departments to realize their office service functions to the public, enterprises and foreign businessmen through the Internet. Realize the function of public servants to query and obtain information on the Internet. The solution is to realize the access function to the Internet from the inside and outside of VPN, which is adopted by both "vertical network" and "horizontal network". The difference is that the "horizontal network" mainly realizes the "one network" service and builds the portal website of e-government, while the "vertical network" is one-way access to the Internet. This is conducive to management and according to actual needs, such as "vertical network" can realize its own and phased connection with the Internet. The remarkable feature of this model is that the whole network has only one main exit to connect to the Internet, and it can be directly connected to the backbone network of the Internet through negotiation with operators, thus shortening the access path, improving the access efficiency, and flexibly expanding the bandwidth according to the actual needs of traffic.

Although some progress has been made in the construction of e-government in our state, there is still a certain gap compared with brother cities and states, especially with developed cities and states. We still have great difficulties in the construction of e-government, such as the shortage of information technology professionals and weak technical force. There is still much work to be done to promote the construction of e-government. According to the unified arrangements of the people's governments of the State Council and Sichuan, we should speed up the work and improve the level of e-government.
