Step 1: Log in to the seller's backstage of Aauto Express Store, click Customer Service Management, and then select Message Settings.
Step 2: In message settings, find the frequently asked questions, click Add Questions, enter the questions and replies you want to set, and then click OK.
Step 3: In FAQ, you can sort, enable, modify and delete the questions and replies you set. Remember to save your settings.
Step 4: After the setting is completed, you can see the frequently asked questions set by yourself in the customer chat interface. When the customer clicks on any question, he will receive your automatic reply.
