The qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools are recognized by Yancheng Education Bureau within Yancheng City.
Second, the basic conditions of identification
To apply for the qualification of teachers in our district, the following basic conditions shall be met:
(a) abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character. If a teacher's qualification is revoked, he shall not re-apply for the teacher's qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who are deprived of political rights or have received criminal punishment of fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes cannot apply for teacher qualification.
(2) Having good physical and psychological qualities and being able to meet the needs of education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, reaching the physical examination standard of Jiangsu province, and passing the physical examination in the designated hospital.
(three) in accordance with the "Teacher Law" provisions of the academic requirements.
To apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualification, one should have a college degree or above (among them, normal students with a secondary preschool normal school or secondary normal school education can apply for kindergarten or primary school teacher qualification consistent with their study years).
The academic requirements of the above qualification categories are "graduation", and the "certificate of completion" and "certificate of completion" do not meet the academic requirements of teacher qualifications.
(4) The standard of Putonghua should reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test promulgated by the State Language Commission, among which Chinese teachers, kindergarten teachers and teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should reach Grade A or above; Phonetic teachers and professional teachers such as broadcasting, hosting and film and television drama performance should reach the first level. Applicants who have reached the age of 50 advocate the use of Putonghua and do not require a Putonghua certificate.
(5) Non-normal students and normal students enrolled in or after 2065438+05 should obtain a valid Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate of Qualification Examination). The subject and section applying for teacher qualification should be consistent with the examination certificate. Normal students who entered school in or before 20 14 years can directly apply for teacher qualifications corresponding to their majors and study sections.
Third, the way to apply for identification
Applicants who meet the application conditions can register their personal accounts during the opening hours of China Teachers' Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) (you need to choose "the entrance of the teacher qualification applicant's online newspaper" for registration), improve their personal information, and register within the prescribed registration period.
(A) improve personal information
After the applicant logs in with a registered account, he/she will improve his/her personal identity and other information on the "Personal Information Center" page and verify his/her real name.
1. "personally identifiable information". Applicants need to increase their gender and nationality in this column (Hong Kong and Macao applicants can choose specific nationality or others when choosing nationality). The applicant can modify other information except "Certificate Type" and "Certificate Number" on this page.
2. Teacher Qualification Examination Information. Applicants who have participated in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and passed the examination can view their examination certificate information in this column.
3. "Putonghua certificate information". Applicants can add and modify personal Putonghua information in this column.
(1) Under the type of "Verify Certificate", enter the certificate number and other information, and click the "Verify" button, and the system will verify the Putonghua certificate information in the National Putonghua Proficiency Test Information Management System.
(2) If the information of Putonghua certificate cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the certificate information.
(3) After the above steps, the information of Putonghua certificate has not been verified. Please select the "card entry" type, fill in the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture is less than 200KB and the format is JPG) for background manual verification.
4. "Education and student status information". Applicants can add and modify personal education information in this column. The student status information will be synchronized automatically during the registration process. If the synchronization fails, you need to add your own student status information.
(1) Under the type of "verifying academic qualifications", enter the academic certificate number and click the "Verify" button, and the system will obtain relevant information in the information management system of China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com).
(2) If the education information cannot be verified, please check whether the information currently verified is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the education certificate information.
(3) If the certificate information cannot be verified through the above steps, please select the type of "unable to verify academic qualifications", fill in the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture is less than 200KB and the format is JPG) for background manual verification.
(4) Teachers' academic qualifications in normal schools and kindergartens, please select the type of "unverifiable academic qualifications", fill in relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture is less than 200KB and the format is JPG) for background manual verification.
(5) If your education is from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and it is impossible to verify your education, please select the verification type as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and upload the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate or foreign academic degree certificate according to step (3).
5. "degree certificate information". Applicants can add and modify personal degree certificate information in this column. At present, the degree information has not been verified online, and all the certificate information is uploaded by myself.
6. Teacher Qualification Certificate Information. Those who have applied for the teacher qualification certificate can check the information of the teacher qualification certificate obtained after 2008 in this column.
(2) Registration
During the online application in our province, applicants can log in and register with their own accounts on "China Teacher Qualification Network".
The applicant selects the appropriate accreditation institution according to the authority and scope of accreditation. The photos uploaded in the system should be recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos with white background. The file format is JPEG/JPG, and the size is no more than 200 K.
(3) Sign the personal letter.
Applicants download personal books in the "Information Download" column or the "Remarks" page of the homepage of "China Teacher Qualification Network". The downloaded personal handbook is printed in A4 white paper. The book will be integrated into the teacher qualification application form. Please sign my name and date in block letters at the "person" and scan or take photos to upload. After signing the personal book, you can see the overall effect by previewing the application form for teacher qualification certificate. If you find that the uploaded personal book is in an incorrect position, unclear or incomplete signature during the preview, please upload it again to avoid affecting the appraisal.
IV. Time and place of identification

Applicants who meet the registration requirements should log on to "China Teacher Qualification Network" (www.jszg.edu.cn) from 7: 00 to 24: 00 every day during the registration period. If the time is adjusted, the notice of "China Teacher Qualification Network" shall prevail. You can't make up the report after the deadline.
(2) On-site confirmation arrangement
Due to the epidemic situation, teachers' qualifications were confirmed twice and issued once.
The first on-site confirmation time: July 27, 2020 to 3 1 (8: 30 am-11:30 am; 2 pm -5 pm).
The second on-site confirmation time: August 24th to 28th, 2020 (8: 30am-11:30am; 2 pm -5 pm).

After successful online registration, please arrange the time reasonably, and be sure to bring relevant application materials for on-site confirmation within the specified time. Anyone who fails to confirm on the spot shall be deemed to have given up the application for identification automatically.
(3) Time and place of physical examination
Physical examination location: tinghu district People's Hospital, Yancheng City (address: No.66, Zhong Ting Middle Road, Yancheng City, tel: 05 15-68825398).
Physical examination time: from July 1 day to August 20th, 2020 at 7: 00 am to 10: 00 am (excluding holidays).
Applicants must complete the physical examination and pass it before the medical examination deadline. Those who fail to do so within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of the teacher automatically. During the physical examination, all applicants should submit a recent 1 inch bareheaded color photo with a white background to the hospital (the photo with a formal paper certificate should be consistent with the photo uploaded during the online declaration, and the name and qualification type should be indicated on the back of the photo), and please clearly inform the physical examination hospital of the type of teacher qualification I think, and if you are pregnant, please also inform. The conclusion of physical examination was directly fed back to the Education Bureau by tinghu district People's Hospital.
Identify and receive certificates.
Due to the epidemic situation, in order to promote related work in an orderly manner, please join the QQ group of "2020 Listening and Nursing Teacher Qualification Certification" (group number: 796 14 1862) and make an appointment for on-site confirmation.
After reviewing the materials, our bureau will issue teacher qualification certificates to applicants who meet the accreditation conditions according to the accreditation conclusions. 20/kloc-full-time teachers' college graduates who entered the school for 0/4 years or before apply for direct recognition of teachers' qualifications. If the word "normal" is not clearly marked in the graduation certificate, it is necessary to provide personal study transcripts (qualified in compulsory subjects such as pedagogy and educational psychology), and at the same time provide proof of one of the following materials:
1. A copy of the professional enrollment plan document issued by the higher education department of the graduation school at the time of enrollment, indicating that the major is a full-time normal major (stamped with the official seal of the educational affairs, archives or development planning department of the graduation school).

All the above materials are originals without copies. If the materials submitted by the applicant are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, they shall be completed before the end of the acceptance period.

(3) The applicant shall make a true and correct statement in his personal book. If it is inconsistent with the facts, it is an act of practicing fraud and defrauding teachers' qualifications. Once verified, the relevant education administrative departments will, in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations, impose administrative penalties on the applicant, such as "revoking the teacher's qualification and not re-obtaining the teacher's qualification within five years" or "losing the teacher's qualification and not re-applying for the teacher's qualification".
