How to choose the bra size?

When you buy a bra, you often choose a approximate number that is similar to the size of the bra according to your lower bust. For example, if your lower bust is between 68 cm and 72 cm, choose size 70.

Measure the upper bust size.

Take off your clothes first, put your feet together, face straight ahead and stand up straight.

Gently lift the breast, then wrap the tape measure horizontally around the fullness of the chest, and slowly tighten it from the slack, and you can measure your upper bust.

The length of a horizontal circle around the highest point of the chest (nipple) is your bust size. If you encounter decimals when measuring dimensions, it is recommended to adopt the progressive method, for example, 72. 1 cm, and calculate it as 73 cm.

Measure the bust size.

The length of a circle horizontally around the bottom of the breast is your bust, in centimeters.

For convenience, when buying a bra, you often choose a similar approximate figure as your bra size according to your lower bust. For example, if your lower bust is between 68 cm and 72 cm, please choose size 70. For details, please refer to the bra size comparison table and bust size table.

After getting the upper and lower bust sizes, we began to calculate the size of the cup.

These letters are your cups.

The "b" and "c" in the above table are the cups of your breasts.

The formula for calculating cups is: cup size = upper bust size-lower bust size.

Every 2.5cm is a level. The minimum size is 7.5cm, a is 10cm, b is 12.5cm, c is 15cm, d is 17.5cm, and e is 20cm, then the special size can be considered.

For example, if a woman has a bust of 85cm and a bust of 70cm, then the bra size is 70cm, and the cup size is 85cm-70cm= 15cm.

Pay attention to three points when measuring bra size:

The calculated number of cups is not necessarily the size you should finally buy. There are three possibilities:

1) Too much fat: the number of cups should be one level higher. (For example, when the difference is C, D is usually selected.)

2) The calculated difference is vague: you should try to choose a larger cup, so that there is room for breast development. (For example, if the difference between C and D is 15, D is usually selected. )

3) The breast shape is flat as loose sand: the smaller the measurement difference, the greater the cup grade. (For example, if the lost fat is molded according to the scientific dressing method, the measured difference is the B cup, so the selected cup is the C cup).
