Article 2 of the current Regulations on Safety Production License stipulates that the following enterprises must obtain a safety production license, otherwise they shall not engage in production activities:
1, mining enterprise status;
2. Construction enterprises;
3, dangerous chemicals, fireworks, civil explosives production enterprises.
Elevator production enterprises are not within the above-mentioned enterprises that must obtain safety production, so there is no safety production license.
