12348 conditions of legal aid
(a) the standard of financial difficulties for legal aid applicants shall be determined according to whether the applicant enjoys the minimum living allowance for urban residents or the minimum living allowance for rural residents. Article 33 of the Procedures for Handling Cases of Legal Aid stipulates that legal aid shall be terminated under any of the following circumstances: (1) The recipient no longer meets the standard of financial difficulties for legal aid;
