Hangzhou Dianzi University, one of the first five key universities in Zhejiang Province, was selected into the National "11Plan" and the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and its motto is "study hard, keep correct and be brave in innovation".

By June 2022, the school has five campuses, namely Xiasha, Wen Yi, Dongyue, Xiasha East and Qingshan Lake, covering an area of more than 2,500 mu. There are 19 colleges and teaching units, 1 independent colleges with more than 2,400 faculty members. The school has 45 undergraduate majors, featuring electronic information and economic management.
