I encrypted the file with the encryption software of Sun Moon Essence, but I can't open it after reinstalling the system?

Install Sun Moon Essence again, re-encrypt the encrypted folder, it will remind you whether to decrypt the encrypted folder, select decrypt and enter the password, and you can open the copied file. I have encountered the same problem. Sun and Moon Essence is so rubbish that antivirus software will treat it as poison. So it's best to turn off antivirus before installation, and then uninstall after the file comes out!
