As a college student majoring in communication engineering, I can't deny that it is our dream to pursue such big companies as Huawei, ZTE, Mobile and Telecom. I was deeply attracted by the charm of mobile, so after hard study and interviews, I got the opportunity to enter the mobile internship. I was ecstatic and devoted myself to the internship with the greatest enthusiasm. Starting from the simplest, answering customers' calls for help, helping customers solve their problems, and helping customers to handle related businesses, such as paying phone bills, changing packages, handling value-added services, etc ... The core values of corporate culture of mobile company are "caring for students and pursuing perfection". It is the humanistic spirit inherited by China for thousands of years, and the moral sentiment centered on "responsibility". "Caring for students and caring for students" is the code of conduct responsibility of China Mobile. The employees of China Mobile should take "responsibility" as the foundation of their livelihood. China Mobile advocates the sense of taking responsibility in the whole group and encourages the conscious behavior of taking responsibility. This is the basic requirement for employees. One should dare to take responsibility. Similarly, an enterprise should dare to assume social responsibilities, care about people's livelihood, pay attention to people's well-being, be an excellent enterprise, and repay the society through its own practical actions. Only such enterprises can get the affirmation and support of the people and stand out from the fierce competition. China Mobile is such a civilian enterprise, which pays attention to and tries its best to meet the reasonable wishes and realistic needs of people and society, gives full play to the advantages of the enterprise, and shows the richer, more convenient and higher-quality life brought by communication to mankind. I used to watch the staff work in the mobile service hall, and I was envious. The environment is very good. I work indoors. I feel very relaxed. I just answer the phone and pay the phone bill for the customer. But when I really started working, I found that the work was actually very hard and annoying. Although I simply call and answer the phone myself, I talk to so many people every day, then say almost the same thing, and then keep almost the same movements, sitting in front of the computer and talking into the microphone. Before, I thought it was just a phone call. No big deal. Everyone should be about the same. Customers should answer questions in a friendly way. But I don't know, the forest is big, and there are all kinds of birds. Some customers ask some very mean questions, while others have a bad attitude and swear when they speak. Sometimes it really makes you angry, but you have to help him solve the problem patiently. In the microphone, you can't see the other person's expression. You can only guess his attitude and figure out his mind, so that you can satisfy him.
At home or at school, say whatever you want, not afraid of others getting angry, but not this time. You must speak modestly and apologize. No matter how angry you are, you can only keep it in your heart. Very helpless ... customers are our gods, and we must serve them. However, it's nice to meet some customers who will listen very well. It is easy for both sides to communicate, and problems can be solved in a pleasant chat. Hehe ... I still remember clearly that when I called 10086 myself, after the problem was solved, 10086 would send a message to reply that I was satisfied, and I was always satisfied, but not very satisfied. Now that I know the difficulty, I will be more "satisfied" in the future. Because I have deeply realized the hardships of this job. In fact, many times, we have not experienced some things personally, so we care much less about the feelings of others. Take a simple leaflet as an example. Before I experienced it personally, I sometimes chose not to answer when the person who sent me an email didn't answer it, or I was still in the nearest trash can after I answered it. In fact, people who distribute leaflets are most afraid of this situation, but they must face it in reality. I didn't know what I had done until I handed out the leaflets myself. Therefore, we should say "thank you" after receiving the leaflet.
In just one month, I learned a lot. I learned to call you by your first name, and I will add "Good work and happy life!" Finally. In the past, when they called 10086, they always thought it was just for work, but they did it themselves and slowly realized that it was actually their heartfelt hope that our customers would work smoothly and live happily. Of course, if I can hear a "thank you" from a customer, I am really happy. I didn't feel how happy I was the day before. In fact, my inner joy is actually very simple, just a word or a kind tone from the opposite customer. Haha's laughter ...
"Life is hard, practice makes perfect". By actively participating in a variety of social practice activities, I gradually learned about society, broadened my horizons, increased my talents, recognized my position in social practice activities, discovered my shortcomings, and made an objective evaluation of my value. This invisibly gave me a correct position on myself and enhanced my confidence and perseverance in studying hard.
"I feel very shallow on paper and don't know how to do it." Social practice has enabled me to find the best combination of theory and practice. We students, in particular, only pay attention to theoretical study and neglect practical links, and often do not play well in practical work. The professional theoretical knowledge learned through practice has been consolidated and improved. It is to closely combine your own professional characteristics and test your knowledge and level in practice. Through practice, the original theoretical ambiguity and impression are consolidated, the original theoretical deficiency is made up in practice, and the understanding and digestion of the basic principles are deepened. Indeed, at present, we despise everything, and seemingly simple things may not be done well by ourselves. Therefore, as a college student, we should learn with an open mind, actively think and practice, achieve ourselves in the perfect combination of theory and practice, establish our own theory and improve it.
The university is a small society, and stepping into the university is equal to stepping into half the society. We are no longer flowers in the ivory tower that can't withstand the wind and rain. Through the tempering of social practice, I deeply realize that social practice is a fortune. Society is a comprehensive university, which can train more people. Only by correctly guiding yourself to go deep into the society, understand the society, serve the society and engage in social practice can we find our own shortcomings and create good conditions for going out of school and entering the society in the future.
