(2) After wet dream in sleep;
(3) after menstruation;
(4) After the parturient gives birth and stops hematopoiesis, it is estimated that the longest period (so-called "confinement") is forty days. If it's over in less than forty days, we should set a "big net" as soon as possible.
What needs to be pointed out here is that when you start taking a big bath, you must make a "gesture", that is, you must express from the heart that you want to be clean and take this big bath for worship.
Small quiet
A person must be in a fresh and pure state before going to worship. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dirty, dusty or polluted parts of the body. This kind of cleaning is called "non-toxic", and the complete cleaning should be carried out in the following order:
(1) First of all, you must "nourish your heart" before you can worship and make your body clean. (following the holy line refers to cleaning after defecation or urination. )
(2) Wash your hands with clear water to your wrists three times each.
(3) Rinse your mouth with clear water for three times. If possible, it is certainly better to use a toothbrush.
(4) Inhale clean water through the nostrils, and then exhale for three times, which is called "gun nose".
(5) Wash your face three times by hand. If possible, it is best to wash from forehead to chin and from left to right to ears.
(6) Wash the right forearm to the elbow bone, and then wash the left forearm to the elbow bone three times each.
(7) Wipe all or part of the top of the head with wet hands once.
(8) Wipe the inside of the ear with your index finger and the outside of the ear with your thumb. Everything must be done with wet hands.
(9) Wipe the neck with wet hands.
(10) Wash two feet to ankles three times, first right and then left.
At this point, the small well is completed. With this condition, you can prepare for worship. A person with a small net can maintain an effective state according to his own ability. And during this time, he can do it as many times as he wants. However, it is naturally more ideal to wash as many times as possible.
