As one of the core integrated information systems of China Southern Power Grid Corporation, the marketing management information system involves all departments of the unit, and the required manpower, material resources, financial resources and departments must be effectively coordinated. Therefore, the system will be discussed from four aspects.
First of all, it is necessary to set up a leading group for system popularization and application led by unit leaders, whose main tasks are:
(1) Responsible for the unified organization and leadership of the marketing management system.
(2) Responsible for making decisions on major issues concerning the promotion and application of the marketing management system, coordinating all kinds of resources needed for the promotion and application of the marketing management system, and ensuring the funds, manpower and material resources needed for the promotion and application of the marketing management system.
(3) Responsible for supervising and assessing the relevant units to complete the promotion and application of marketing management system on time and with good quality.
Secondly, according to the actual work, a working group on popularization and application led by the main person in charge of the business and information departments was established. Its main work is:

(4) Coordinate the work of professional working groups, take the lead in organizing special conferences on cross-professional needs and problems, and solve cross-professional problems.
(5) Hold various working meetings regularly, formulate monthly, weekly and daily reports, and inform the system construction.
(6) Make a specific work plan for the popularization and application of the system.
Thirdly, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the system, it is necessary to set up an information technology support team with the person in charge of the information center as the main person in charge. Its main work is:
(1) Ensure that the network channel is normal and the speed can meet the business function requirements.
(2) Ensure that the hardware is installed in place and the supporting facilities such as system application software, database, middleware and peripheral interface debugging are deployed correctly.
Finally, in order to solve various problems such as demand change, new demand, business guidance and version control encountered in the process of system popularization and application, it is necessary to set up an operation and maintenance support team led by people who are familiar with business and proficient in information technology, and build a two-tier and three-tier operation and maintenance service system.
