(2) Examination of appraisal institutions: The appraisers of appraisal institutions shall examine the labor contracts and related certification materials provided by the parties according to the legal appraisal contents. In the process of labor contract authentication, when the authentication personnel think that the authentication materials provided by both parties are incomplete or in doubt, they shall ask the parties to make necessary supplements or verify with the relevant units; Forensic personnel have the right to ask both parties about the contents of the labor contract; For the illegal and untrue contents in the labor contract, the appraiser should immediately correct them to the parties: when the parties think that there is something wrong with the appraiser's handling, they can appeal to the labor administrative organ where the appraiser is located and ask for handling. The applicant for labor contract verification shall pay the verification fee to the verification organ in accordance with the provisions.
(3) Confirmation certificate: after examination and verification, the labor contract verification organ confirms the labor contract that meets the legal requirements, and the appraiser signs the labor contract book, affixes the labor contract verification seal, or attaches the labor contract verification seal and the appraiser's signature verification page.
