Paragraph 10 of Article/kloc-0 of the Measures for the Administration of Internship Lawyers stipulates that "the internship applicant shall sign an internship agreement with the law firm that intends to accept his internship", and paragraph 2 stipulates that "the internship agreement shall take effect from the date when the municipal lawyers association of the district approves the internship registration. Article 1 1 stipulates: "The municipal lawyers' association with districts shall examine and verify the application materials for internship registration within 20 days. Those who meet the prescribed conditions will be granted internship registration, and the "Lawyer's Application for Internship Certificate" will be issued to the applicant. "
3. As can be seen from the above provisions, the internship applicant shall sign an internship agreement with the law firm and report it to the Municipal Lawyers Association for review. Those who meet the requirements shall be registered and issued the Lawyer's Practice Certificate by the Municipal Lawyers Association with districts, and the internship period shall be calculated from the date of issuance indicated in the Lawyer's Practice Certificate.
