According to the Civil Service Law, Regulations on the Transfer of Civil Servants and Measures for Public Selection of Civil Servants, the Organization Department of Suining Municipal Committee decided to carry out the public selection of civil servants by municipal authorities in the first half of 2023.

I. Position

2. Fill in the information.

After carefully reading the Notes for Application, applicants should register according to the online prompts, and fill in the Registration Form for Public Selection of Civil Servants by Suining Municipal Authorities in the First Half of 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form).

Applicants should carefully compare the qualifications required for the post and fill in the relevant information truthfully, accurately and completely.

Anyone who conceals real information or practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from entering the examination or selection, and will not be allowed to enter the examination within 3 years.

3. Preliminary qualification examination.

All units are responsible for preliminary qualification examination, and the deadline for preliminary qualification examination is 8:00 on March 8, 2023.

4. Confirm payment.

(4) Qualification examination

After the written test, each unit will determine the list of those who enter the qualification review according to the written test results from high to low, and publish it on the Suining Group's work website.

The ratio of the number of people entering the qualification review to the number of places in the selection plan is 5: 1 (the ratio of written examination is reduced to 3: 1, and the ratio of the number of people entering the qualification review to the number of places is 3: 1).

If the written test scores of the last person who intends to enter the qualification review are tied for more than 2 people, all the tied personnel will enter the qualification review.

If the number of people who enter the qualification review and the number of places in the selection plan do not reach the prescribed proportion, all those who pass the written examination of the post will enter the qualification review.

Qualification examination is the responsibility of each unit.

(5) Interview

The interview is organized by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, which mainly tests the abilities and qualities required for the candidates to perform their duties.

The interview score is 100, and the minimum qualified score is 60. Those below 60 cannot enter the next program.

(6) Difference investigation

Calculate the comprehensive test score according to the ratio of written test score to interview score of 5:5, which is equivalent to the total score 100.

After the interview, according to the order of comprehensive test scores from high to low (if the comprehensive test scores are the same, they will be determined according to the written test scores), and the difference will be determined according to the ratio of the number of subjects to the selection quota of 2: 1.

The inspection shall be conducted by each unit.

The investigation team is composed of two or more personnel. According to the needs, it adopts the methods of issuing investigation notices, individual talks, democratic evaluation, field visits, interviews with the respondents, special investigations and extended investigations, fully listens to the opinions of relevant leaders, people, personnel departments, discipline inspection and supervision organs and party organizations of the units where the respondents work, reviews cadres' personnel files, inquires about social credit records, and verifies letters and visits that reflect specific and traceable clues.

(7) Physical examination

The physical examination is organized by each unit and carried out in the medical institution designated by the municipal competent department of civil servants.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]140).

From the publication to the implementation of physical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidate himself.

Any unit or candidate who has doubts about the results of the medical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination.

Only 1 re-examination was conducted, and only the items that affected the physical examination conclusion were re-examined.

The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

Failure to complete the prescribed physical examination items within the prescribed time or place and within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver.

Vacancies due to unqualified medical examination or abandonment of candidates can be filled according to regulations.

(8) After the trial

Only those who pass the physical examination can be confirmed as probationers, and the probation period is 3 months, mainly to test the adaptability of the candidates and ensure that they are suitable for the post.

If the probation period does not meet the post requirements, the probation period may be terminated.

Vacancies caused by unqualified trials or abandonment of candidates shall be filled by each unit at its own discretion.

(9) Discussion and decision

After the probation period expires, all units shall, in accordance with the cadre management authority and in combination with the investigation and probation, collectively discuss and decide the personnel to be hired.

If the number of people participating in the interview for the selected position reaches the specified proportion, the position shall not be vacant in principle (except for the unqualified interview results).

(10) Publicity and appointment

The personnel to be hired by each unit shall be publicized in Suining Group's work network and the original unit of the personnel to be hired, and the publicity period shall be 5 working days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the appointment, it shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee for approval and go through the transfer procedures; To reflect the serious problems and found insufficient evidence, cancel the qualification; If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify for a while, the appointment will be suspended until the verification and conclusion are made.

During or after the publicity, vacancies caused by the abandonment of candidates or other reasons will not be filled.
