2. Pay attention to whether it is a restricted area.

3, animal epidemic prevention certificate
In addition to land procedures, you must also apply for proof of animal epidemic prevention conditions. Without this certificate, you can't engage in aquaculture. In the future, the farm needs people with national technical titles of animal husbandry, such as the qualification certificate of practicing veterinary medicine, which can be the boss or hired, as long as there is one.
4. EIA procedure
The EIA process is very important. Environmental impact approval opinions and pollutant discharge permits need to be obtained through the approval of the Environmental Protection Bureau. If the EIA fails, it will be very troublesome in the future, and it may be banned and the farm will be demolished.
5. Business license
After the certificate of animal epidemic prevention conditions is approved, you can go to the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for a business license, and of course you have to register with the Animal Husbandry Bureau. Materials required for applying for business license of individual industrial and commercial households: ① If the name and font size are needed, apply for pre-approval and registration of the name at the local industrial and commercial office (with my ID card); (2) Application for establishment (obtained from the local industrial and commercial office); (three) the identity certificate of the operator; (4) proof of business premises.
